This patch fixes issues in qTest Manager 2026.8.

Automate user provisioning with the SCIM 2.0 API

Good news: You no longer need to add or remove users manually. You can now connect qTest Manager to an external identity provider (IdP), such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, with the new System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM 2.0) API.

With the SCIM 2.0 API, your IdP can create, deactivate, and reactivate users, read and list users and groups, and add or remove group members.
