Security updates

We performed some background changes to improve the overall security of qTest Launch.

Added Launch service-to-service (S2S) OAuth key

For added security, we've added a S2S OAuth key that connects Manager and Launch. If you're performing a multi-node or load-balanced integration, generate this key during the first installation and use the same key for all instances.
