Security updates

We've performed some background changes to improve the overall security of qTest Pulse.

Pulse Executor installation changes

We've provided you a newer version of the Pulse Executor. Don't worry—you only need to migrate right now if you want to.

When you install 2024.4, you'll have the option to use the old version of the Pulse Executor or the new version. The 2023.5 version of the Pulse Executor will be selected by default.

The new version of the Executor is backwards compatible with the following libraries:

• Buffer

• query-string

• @qasymphony/pulse-sdk

• @qasymphony/scenario-sdk

The following libraries are available, with some limitations:

• Console

• Request

• Axios

• xml2js
