Logs tab
The Logs tab in NeoLoad Web gives you logging information for diagnosing issues, such as when a test fails to start. This tab captures and displays logs that can help you understand the root cause of problems found during the test run process.
Navigate the Logs tab
The Logs tab is only available after a test run was triggered directly from NeoLoad Web and isn't accessible for tests run via the NeoLoad GUI. The primary utility of this tab arises when a test fails to start.
The logs are organized chronologically, with the most recent entries appearing at the top. Each log entry includes a timestamp, the log level, such as ERROR, WARNING, INFO, and a detailed message describing the event.
Log entries start with system initialization messages, followed by more specific entries related to the test setup and execution, such as infrastructure status updates, agent launches, and validation steps. These logs are crucial for understanding the sequence of events that led to the test's execution or failure.
