SLA tab

The SLA tab makes it possible to analyze all the SLAs applied to the selected load test in NeoLoad. For more information, see Service Level Agreement (SLA) profiles in NeoLoad documentation.

The SLA tab provides a detailed and comprehensive view of the SLAs associated with the selected load test. It allows analyzing accurately the selected load test regarding SLAs definition in NeoLoad.

The SLA tab is on the Test Result view which is accessible on the opening of a load Test Result. For more information, see Get more details about a test.

Note: If the load test is in progress, a refresh button is available above the table to display the latest activity received from NeoLoad Controller.

Filter Element types and SLA status

The information available in the SLA tab can be filtered by:

  • Element type: Transaction, Page, Request and/or

  • SLA status: Failed, Warning, Passed

Element type: Ticking the Transaction, Page and/or Request check box allows displaying the SLAs metric value for the corresponding element type.

Status: Ticking the Failed, Warning, and/or Passed check box allows displaying the SLAs having the required status.

Analyze SLAs

The information related to the Test Result SLAs are organized in three sections that are:

  • Global indicators

  • Per run

  • Per time interval
