System requirements

Before you start using NeoLoad Web, make sure your environment meets these requirements. This ensures optimal performance and compatibility across your testing infrastructure.

NeoLoad desktop requirements

To connect NeoLoad desktop to NeoLoad Web, you need:

  • NeoLoad 8.1 or later with a license containing the NeoLoad Web option

License options that include NeoLoad Web:

  • NeoLoad Free Edition
  • NeoLoad Enterprise Edition with License key version 7
  • NeoLoad Professional Edition

Browser compatibility

NeoLoad Web supports the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Microsoft Edge 40 or later
  • Firefox 55 or later
  • Chrome 59 or later
  • Safari 10 or later

Network and firewall requirements

Configure your firewall settings based on your deployment type:

Allow outbound HTTPS connections on port 443 to the following:

  • neoload-rest.saas.neotys.com
  • neoload-api.saas.neotys.com

Configure connections based on your SSL setup. Choose from the following options:

  • Non-SSL: Allow outbound HTTP connections to port 8080 (default) from NeoLoad to NeoLoad Web server
  • SSL: Allow outbound HTTPS connections to port 8080 (default) from NeoLoad to NeoLoad Web server
