Delete external users

It is possible to delete external users from NeoLoad Web, they won't be able to access NeoLoad Web but will still be part of the LDAP directory.

To delete an external user, follow these steps:

1. In the left navigation panel, click Settings and select the Users tab.

2. Select the LDAP tab.

3. In the LDAP tab, locate the user(s) you want to delete from the NeoLoad Web database and select the checkbox beside them on the left.

4. Click the Delete button.

5. Click DELETE again to confirm the removal of the user.
