Sign in to NeoLoad Web

Your deployment and authentication setup determines how you access NeoLoad Web. This topic guides you through the sign-in process for each scenario.

SaaS deployment

If you're using NeoLoad Web SaaS with a standard Tricentis account, go to NeoLoad Web (opens in new tab) and sign in with your Tricentis account credentials.

Note: NeoLoad Web automatically signs you out after 28 minutes of inactivity for security reasons.

SaaS deployment with SSO

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with NeoLoad Web SaaS:

  1. Go to NeoLoad Web (opens in new tab).

  2. Select Log in with SSO.

  3. Enter your SSO account details or follow your organization's authentication process.

  4. If you don't know your SSO details, select Forgot your SSO account? to receive an email with your account information.

On-premises deployment for first time access

If you're accessing NeoLoad Web on-premises for the first time, use the default administrator account. Contact your system administrator for the default credentials.

Note: To maintain security, change the default password immediately after your first sign-in.

On-premises deployment with SSO

If your organization has configured Single Sign-On (SSO) for your on-premises NeoLoad Web deployment:

  1. Go to your organization's NeoLoad Web URL.

  2. Select Connect with SSO.

  3. You'll be redirected to your organization's identity provider login page.

  4. Sign in with your organizational credentials and you'll be automatically logged into NeoLoad Web.

If you don't exist in NeoLoad Web yet, the following applies:

  • You are automatically added with the Guest role.

  • An administrator can update your role in Settings > Users.

  • SSO users cannot edit their profile information.

  • You can only sign in via SSO.

If you already exist in NeoLoad Web, you retain your assigned roles and access.

On-premises deployment for configured accounts

If your on-premises deployment is configured with user accounts:

  1. Go to your organization's NeoLoad Web URL. For example, http://nlweb.yourcompany.com:8080.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Select Log in.

If you don't have access credentials or need password reset assistance, contact your NeoLoad Web administrator.
