Check your subscription details

You can view your account’s subscription and usage metrics directly in NeoLoad Web. This includes your subscription type, expiration date, and real-time usage of test resources.

Before you start

You'll need to know where to find this information. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to the top-right corner.

2. Select Account settings.

3. Select Subscription in the left pane.

This view displays your subscription details and usage data.

Usage details 

If your account includes VUH, NeoLoad shows a gauge with available/total values to track how much of your allocation you've used.
