System requirements

• NeoLoad 8.1 with a license containing the NeoLoad Web option.

  • Included in NeoLoad Free Edition and NeoLoad Enterprise Edition (License key version 7)

  • Paid option of NeoLoad Professional Edition

• Supported browsers: IE11, Microsoft Edge 40+, Firefox 55+, Chrome 59+, Safari 10+.

• Firewall settings:

  • SaaS: The firewall must allow outbound HTTPS connections (port 443) to neoload-rest.saas.neotys.com and neoload-api.saas.neotys.com.

  • OnPremise:

    • Non-SSL deployments: The firewall must allow outbound HTTP connections to port 8080 (that is the default value) from NeoLoad to NeoLoad Web OnPremise server.

    • SSL deployments: The firewall must allow outbound HTTPS connections to port 8080 (that is the default value) from NeoLoad to NeoLoad Web OnPremise server.
