Install RealBrowser

Starting from NeoLoad 9.0.0, an installation wizard step displays a new option to enable the RealBrowser feature. Leave this option enabled to unpack the required browsers into the installation folder.

You can unpack browsers from NeoLoad full installers but not from patch installers.

OS-specific instructions

Linux

Depending on your Linux distribution, you may need to install additional dependencies to run the browsers.

To install the additional dependencies, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Tools > RealBrowser in the NeoLoad installation.

  2. Execute the script:install-realbrowser-dependencies.sh.

This installs the dependencies you need for your playwright version. If you don't have the playwright.jar in the extlib folder, you are sent an error code.
