Recording issues

Common recording problems and solutions:

  • No traffic captured - Verify proxy settings and ensure other HTTP applications are closed.

  • Unwanted requests recorded - Close background applications or define exclusion rules.

  • Browser doesn't open - Check RealBrowser installation and browser dependencies.

Validation issues

Common User Path validation problems:

  • Correlation errors - Identify and extract dynamic values from server responses.

  • Authentication failures - Verify credentials and session handling.

  • Timeout errors - Increase timeout values or optimize application performance.

Test execution issues

Common problems during test runs:

  • Load Generator connection failures - Check network connectivity and firewall settings.

  • Memory errors - Reduce virtual user count or add more Load Generators.

  • High error rates - Validate User Paths and check application capacity.
