Flag requests
Flags help you identify requests that meet specific criteria in your User Path. When a request meets your criteria, a tick mark appears next to the request icon in the User Path tree. The system also flags any container that holds a flagged item, making it easy to locate relevant requests.
Open the Flag Requests dialog
To flag requests, use one of these methods:
-
Right-click on the User Paths node and select Flag requests.
-
Click the Flag requests icon in the top toolbar.
-
Click Flag requests in the Check User Path dialog.
