Design collaborative projects

NeoLoad makes it possible for a team of testers to work on the same test projects.

A number of testers can take part in designing and analyzing test scenarios. NeoLoad 8.2 includes functions dedicated to collaborative work. Teams are even more effective:

  • Sharing User Paths: servers, Virtual Users, shared Containers, variables, populations, scenarios, project preferences, and monitors

  • Sharing runtime parameters: Load Generators zones

  • Sharing test results, described in Manage test results of collaborative projects

  • Managing projects versions

Note: The Collaboration mode relies on a central server called Collaboration Server. The Collaboration Server helps share a set of projects and tests results alike. Operationally, it requires any SVN or GIT server or the one available with Neotys Team Server (NTS). For more information, see Configure the connection to a collaboration server.

Note: NeoLoad is compatible with Subversion servers in version 1.4 to 1.7. It is advised to user a Subversion server in version 1.6 and up.
