LiveCompare password reset

If you are unable to access your LiveCompare account, follow these steps to reset your password. Note that this feature is not available for LDAP users, and requires that an Administrator has configured LiveCompare to send emails.

  1. Click the Forgot your password? link on the LiveCompare Logon screen.
  2. In the LiveCompare Password Reset screen, enter your LiveCompare user name, and click Continue. An email will be sent to the address associated with your LiveCompare account.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from LiveCompare. Click the link in the email.
  4. In the LiveCompare Password Reset screen, enter a new password and the same password for confirmation, then click Submit. A notification is sent to the email address associated with the user account, advising that the password has been changed.
  5. Log in to LiveCompare using your new password.
