Collect Performance History Data

This workflow retrieves performance history data into the specified RFC Destination’s PHD tab.

Prepare the workflow

To prepare the Collect Performance History Data workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates folder into your own workspace, and modify the workflow as follows:

To specify the RFC Destination for which to collect performance history data:

1. Select the RFC Destination parameter and choose ‘Edit RFC Destination’ from its context menu to display the RFC Destination dialog.

2. Select the required RFC Destination, then click ‘Save’.

The workflow retrieves the most recent 13 months of performance history data by default. To update this value:

1. Select the workflow’s Collect Performance History Data action.

2. In the Property Editor, set a new value for the Months property.

The workflow retrieves performance history data using a LiveCompare remote function call by default. To configure the workflow to collect performance history data using an SAP native remote function call:

1. Select the workflow’s Collect Performance History Data action.

2. In the Property Editor, set the Method property to SAPRfc.

Save the workflow using the 'Save' toolbar button.

Run the workflow

To run the Collect Performance History Data workflow, click the 'Run' toolbar button, choose ‘Run Now’ from the diagram’s context menu, or press F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the Result dataset and choose ‘View Details’ from the context menu to display details of the collected performance history data.
