AutoLearn

This workflow finds the screens associated with a set of used programs retrieved from an RFC Destination. The programs are assigned to categories by the Categorize Custom Programs and Categorize Standard Programs workflows. The results are used to generate an Object Details report.

Create RFC Destinations

Before you begin, you will need to create RFC Destinations for the SAP system you wish to analyze and for the system from which to extract performance history data.

In the LiveCompare hierarchy, select the RFC Destination in the LiveCompare hierarchy, click the PHD tab and set a schedule for the retrieval of performance history data. You can also retrieve performance history data for an RFC Destination using the Collect Performance History Data action. See the Retrieve performance history data topic for details.

Prepare the workflow

To prepare the AutoLearn workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates folder into your own workspace, and modify the workflow as follows:

To specify the system to analyze:

  1. Select the System 1 system parameter and choose ‘Edit RFC Destination’ from its context menu to display the RFC Destination dialog.

  2. Select the appropriate RFC Destination, then click ‘Save’.

To specify the system from which to retrieve performance history data:

  1. Select the System 3 system parameter and choose ‘Edit RFC Destination’ from its context menu to display the RFC Destination dialog.

  2. Select the appropriate RFC Destination, then click ‘Save’.

Save the workflow using the ‘Save’ toolbar button.

Run the workflow

To run the AutoLearn workflow, click the 'Run' toolbar button, choose ‘Run Now’ from the diagram’s context menu, or press F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the Report URL dataset and choose ‘View Details’ from the context menu to access the generated report.
