Delete ServiceNows

If you have Administrator or LiveCompare Editor privileges, a ServiceNow may be deleted as follows:

  1. Select a ServiceNow from the Administration/ServiceNow folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy.

  2. Choose ‘Delete’ from the context menu. The ServiceNow is deleted.

Alternatively, select the Administration/ServiceNows folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy to list the available ServiceNows in the Details pane. Select the check boxes next to one or more ServiceNows and click ‘Delete’. The selected ServiceNows are deleted. To mark all the ServiceNows for deletion, click the check box in the column heading.
